4) Vendor Relationships & Compensation
TSS may receive coordination/referral compensation from independent program vendors if you choose to engage them. This compensation is paid by the vendor and does not increase your cost.
Any applicable administrative/processing fees charged by TSS will be disclosed in writing before commitment.
TSS does not receive commissions on investment/insurance products unless such activity occurs through a properly licensed entity (e.g., TFS), in compliance with law and with separate written engagement.
5) No Client Relationship / No Confidentiality
Viewing this site, submitting a form, scheduling a call, or emailing TSS does not create a client relationship with TSS or TFS. A written agreement is required for any paid engagement.
